Note: A $1 levy will be charged/offset for every miscellaneous cartridge (not listed under the rewards menu) This is to cover some of the freight and recycling costs as these cartridges cannot be re-used in our remanufacturing process. This Levy will not apply to any collections designated as FREE * Submission of this form authorizes CartCollect to raise a Recipient Created Tax Invoice on behalf of the organization whose details appear.
