(1) Fill in the
collection form on our website to request a pick
up. A confirmation message containing collection
instructions and address labels will be sent via
email. The collection team will organize a
courier to come and pick up the cartridges.
Please ensure the address labels are attached to
ALL boxes, as it help us to identify where the
cartridges come from.
(2) Once the cartridges have arrived, our
warehouse staff will verify the quantities and
type of cartridges. The Recipient Created Tax
Invoice will pass onto Accounts Payment for
process.
(3) The payment will be transfer either through EFT or cheque will be sent via mail.
Basically,
all you need to do is fill in the form and our
team will do the rest for you.
Want to know what
happens to the empty cartridges?
When the cartridges arrive at Cart Collect, our staff sort, dismantle and evaluate the cartridges. If the cartridges are not suitable for remanufacturing, they will be directed into the recycle chain. If they can be remanufactures, they will go through the rebuilding, refilling and further testing processes. The end product will be sold to the public as remanufactured cartridges.
