(1) Fill in the collection form on our website to request a pick up. A confirmation message containing collection instructions will be sent via email or fax.
(2) Once the cartridges have arrived at
CartCollect, our warehouse staff will verify the quantities and type of cartridges. If applicable The Recipient Created Tax Invoice will be passed onto Accounts Payable for processing.
(3) The payment will be transferred either via EFT or to your nominated charity. You will receive a Recipient Created Tax Invoice reflecting amount either paid or donated on your behalf.
Important note:
Funds will not be transferred via EFT until
balance exceeds minimum of $25.00.
Want to know what
happens to the empty cartridges?
When the cartridges arrive at Cart Collect, our staff sort, dismantle and evaluate them. If the cartridges are not suitable for remanufacturing, they will be directed into the recycle chain. If they can be remanufactured, they will go through the rebuilding, refilling and further testing processes. Cart Collect institute the 3 r's
